Access and sign-in help
Find the right next step for login, assignments and unavailable views.
One account, specific permissions
Dashboards uses the shared Upperblue identity. Access to a dashboard may come from a plan or a direct grant. It does not by itself grant access to every Maps layer, API dataset or specialist workspace.
Choose the matching next step
Use the existing account and contact routes rather than creating another identity.
- Forgotten password: use the recovery link on the landing page.
- Sign-in refused: check your details and follow the message shown by the service.
- Signed in with no assigned views: ask for the dashboard access you need.
- A bookmarked view is denied: return to the overview and check the views currently available to you.
Request appropriate access
Use the company contact route to describe the view or task you need. Keep passwords and credentials out of messages. An account request is not a promise that a particular dashboard or data entitlement will be granted.
When the service is unavailable
A connection failure is different from an incorrect password or a view with no observations. Try again when offered; public introductions and these guides remain readable without a working authenticated session.
